Jeff has been working as a healing channel for the last twenty eight years.

 

He was trained in Esoteric Healing by the late Netta Wells, who worked alongside Brenda Johnston (founder member of the INEH) for many years.

Jeff’s other spiritual practises include Karuna Reiki teacher and practitioner as well as Usui Reiki teacher and practitioner.  He also teaches meditation based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

Part of this work involves group and one-to-one sessions that assist people in personal spiritual growth or to regain balance with physical, emotional and mental wellness.
